1. FULLY TRAINED AND COMPETANT STAFF :
We being in a service-oriented industry have to keep up with the frequent changes taking place in the trade. Our executives are frequently attending various updates and courses conducted by the respective airlines from time to time in order to be well versed with the occurring changes. We believe in not only service but professional service that to with a smile. We are with this industry for eleven years we have been groomed to be amongst the best in the industry. We at our end believe in equality and teamwork. This aspect of ours is determinable by the simple fact that our staff has started their respective carriers with the organisation and since then grown with it. For a person to work in the best of his capacity and to have an urge and ever willingness to serve to the client’s primary needs to be satisfied. This holds good for our staff because they do not believe in just for the heck of saying but seriously – IMPLEMENTING. We believe in doing than saying. 2. INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC TICKETS : Our office is fully computerised meaningfully saying that we are even operative during an emergency. We can calculate fares with help of our central reservations systems; create a booking all under one roof. We don’t have to call the airline and hold either to create a booking or to calculate the fare. In an emergency and at odd hours the need of the hour is “time saved” thus in today’s world where time is the major player, rest everything is secondary. Today time is money and money is time so one has to keep within pace with changing scenario. We can send PTA’s wherever required. 3. INSTANT FLIGHT/HOTEL RESERVATIONS : Our office is online with Amadeus and Galileo central reservation system on which we can block a seat on almost any airline, flying almost anywhere in the world. Amadeus and Galileo are the state of art central reservation systems, which are linked directly to almost all the major airlines, and hotel networks of the world. A simple entry into our computers gives us the availability of the flight options and the hotels as desired. 4. RECONFIRMATIONS OF TICKETS We will reconfirm the tickets without any service charges. But certain airlines need to see the tickets physically along with passport by at their respective offices. Mostly all the airlines just need the local contact and the ticket numbers for the reconfirmations. 5. FOREIGN EXCHANGE We can get the exchange delivered wherever desired through the bankers as per the entitlement of the traveler and the rules of the RBI with out any service charge. 6. SPECIAL DEALS & INCENTIVES The airlines do come out with various incentive schemes from time to time which includes special fares in economy and even at times in business and first class. There are various upgrade scheme plus other related schemes too. We will keep you posted with all these schemes that are launched from time to time. 7. Meeting / Conferences & Overseas trips We could organize your conferences and overseas trips in total. Starting from the visas (discretion of the embassy) to airline tickets, hotel stay, meals , transfers , tours , cocktails and theme parties and the entire conferencing – As a full package. 8. Car Rental We can provide a private as well as DLY Cab as and when required for International Airport to Hotel vice versa, Domestic Airport to Hotel Vice versa, local running and outside Delhi. FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
We will part out applicable discounts directly on our invoices.
A). INTERNATIONAL TICKETS:- We get 5% commission on the gross fare and would be pleased to deduct 2.5% on the invoice thereby retaining 2.5% for ourselves. B). DOMESTIC TICKETS:- We will not charge any service charges on Domestic (Jet Airways, Sahara, Indian Airlines tickets but we will charge Rs150 on all other low cost airlines tickets C). VISAS :- We levy a service charge @ Rs300 to deposit or collect the passports applied in the respective Embassies for the purpose of visa. D). TRAIN TICKETS:- We will levy a service charge @ INR 75 per person per ticket on the train tickets issued for the passengers. E). Overseas Mediclaim policy:- We will levy a service charge @INR100 per person F). TICKET DELIVERY :- We will not levy any ticket delivery charge be it International or Domestic |
