Since sachtravel.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply..
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: Non-delivery of the product: Due to some technical issues if your listing package is not shown into your account even after the purchase. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.

Non-display of your listing: due to some technical issues with the website if your listing is not showing within 3 days of posting it. Your listing will be credited back into your account and validity will be extended. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful listing of the package with no further right of redress or refund for a "non-display issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for non-display within 5 days may result in a re-credit decline.

Non-display of featured listing: although full functionality if website is thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. If due to some technical issues with the website your listing is not showing in featured listing in 24hours after getting approved. Your listing will be credited back into your account and validity will be extended. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful listing of the package with no further right of redress or refund for a "non-display issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for non-display within 3 days may result in a re-credit decline.

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

If a customer is not satisfied with the package sachtravel.com is not liable to pay any refund to the customer who bought any package listed on sachtravel.com from any of the agent. In this case customer need to contact directly to the agent for any support.

Booking Policy
15% of the tour amount within 7 days of booking the trip.
50 % of the tour cost should reach us 60 days before departure.
75 % of the tour cost should reach us 30 days before departure.
Complete payment must reach us at least 15 days before the start of the trip in case of fixed departures, otherwise one week before the departure

Until 15 days before departure - 35%

No show or failure to travel - 80%
